La Grappa di San Leonardo è prodotta in piccolissimi quantitativi con le vinacce provenienti dai vigneti della tenuta e distillata in piccoli alambicchi a vapore diretto.

La Grappa Stravecchia è invecchiata per ben 5 anni nelle barriques utilizzate in precedenza per l’affinamento delfamoso San Leonardo, che le donano profondità e grande eleganza.

Distillazione

A seguito di una leggera torchiatura, le vinacce vengono immediatamente lavorate usando un alambicco a vapore.
