La Grappa di San Leonardo è prodotta in piccolissimi quantitativi con le vinacce provenienti dai vigneti della tenuta, e distillata in piccoli alambicchi a vapore diretto.

La Grappa Bianca è perfettamente secca, raffinata e vellutata.

Distillazione

A seguito di una leggera torchiatura, le vinacce vengono immediatamente lavorate usando un alambicco a vapore.
