CHARACTERISTICS:

This infusion of seven botanicals in very pure wine-derived alcohol is then redistilled using Crysopea, the Poli family's vacuum bain-marie still: a unique distillation method that allows for intense aromas, clean taste and long aromatic persistence.

Nose: reminiscent of a bouquet of fragrant plants passed between hands.

Palate: smooth, amabile.
