The color of this wine is golden, intense and bright.

BOUQUET:
Its aromas are intense and recall concentrated notes of citrus zest, typical of the terroir.

TASTING NOTES:
On the palate, the grand cru riesling is full-bodied and balanced, lively and complex with a powerful and very long finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 10 and 12°C

Ideal with elaborate fish recipes, for example fish on saffron cream or monkfish with wine and tomato sauce.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The soil on which Henry Fuchs' Kirchberg grand cru riesling is grown is situated at the top of the kirchberg grand cru plots and consists of chalky marl set on a plateau and facing south. Harvesting is done manually in late October. The winemaking process involves a 5-month fermentation followed by aging on fine lees for an additional 4 months in wooden vats.

This wine has excellent bottle aging capabilities, up to 20 years.
