Grown on fine plots with deep soils located partly in Remigny and partly at the foot of the Chassagne hill, bordering the communes of Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau with vines about 45 years old.

APPEARANCE:
It is characterized by a dark ruby red color.

BOUQUET:
The nose opens with a deep and intense bouquet of plum and blackberry, enriched by elegant spicy hints.

TASTING NOTES:
The palate is exuberant and fresh, with good roundness, chalky tannins and a pleasantly mineral finish.

After a few years if well stored it guarantees pleasant surprises, enriching itself with complexity and elegance.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 18 and 20°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:
Perfect with truffles and cured meats, it is ideal with risottos and white meats, chicken and turkey above all.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 30°C. The wine then ages for 12 months in oak barrels before release.
