G. Miclo ' signature liqueurs are the result of a process of prolonged maceration of fresh ripe fruit in neutral alcohol for several weeks, so as to naturally capture all the aromatic richness of the fruit. Then spring water and sugar are added, giving balance, body and a velvety texture to the liqueur.

Williams Pear Liqueur is distinguished by its elegance and the intensity of its fruity scent, which evokes the freshly harvested fruit. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded and fresh, with a perfect balance between sweetness and natural acidity of the pear.

PAIRINGS:
Ideal served chilled or on the rocks as a digestif. Also perfect to accompany fruit-based desserts, tarts or cream ice cream. Excellent ingredient for refined cocktails.
