BOUQUET:
It is explosive on the nose with sensations of hazelnut, raisins and tea leaves, surrounded by tones of light oxidation.

It is enveloping and substantial on the palate, with aging potential of at least 20 years.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 10 and 12°C
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Goes well with many dishes including lake and river fish, asparagus, mountain cheeses.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Wines, including whites, mature on average 4 years in old wooden barrels "ouillées" i.e., filled periodically to avoid oxidation due to contact with air, except for "Vin Jaune," where purposely no remedy is made for the natural wine drops in the barrel.
