BOUQUET: Dry, bold, and clean aromas, characterized by distinct and pleasant notes of alpine herbs typical of the Trentino region, combined with nuances of white fruit and fresh grape pomace.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate, it is fresh, elegantly dry, and spicy, with excellent, harmonious persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 °C

FOOD PAIRINGS: Traditionally considered a perfect way to end a meal, young grappa is at its best when paired with clean, rich, or intense flavors that balance its alcoholic character.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: The La Trentina Traditional grappa of the Marzadro family was born as the perfect expression of the territory, always in symbiosis with the historic company.

The pomace with which this grappa is produced belong to two typical Trentino vines such as Teroldego and Marzemino, to which Merlot marc is added, all distilled in a water bath in a discontinuous alembic still.

Traditional Trentino is characterized by being a grappa with dry and decisive scents, with olfactory references to typical alpine herbs from Trentino. In the mouth the structure is very elegant with excellent persistence.
