TASTING NOTES: The texture is incredibly soft and velvety, with perfect persistence.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: a grappa created to express the utmost smoothness, produced through the careful distillation of Moscato, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer pomace using a discontinuous steam-heated bain-marie still. The region's signature grape varieties, the local temperature fluctuations, and the resulting aromas impart unique, distinctive organoleptic qualities. Trentina Morbida Barrique is then aged for several months in casks previously used for *Diciotto Lune* Stravecchia Grappa, becoming even more refined and velvety. A tribute from the Marzadro family to the land they call home.
