Château Simon

The Dufour family has been raising vineyards and making wine in Barsac-Sauternes since 1814. Château Simon enjoys a savoir faire that has been passed down from generation to generation for centuries. Thanks to this knowledge and expertise, the vineyard property has seen a constant and continuous expansion over time, to the point that today it has reached an area of almost 40 hectares, distributed among the appellations of Bordeaux, Graves and precisely Sauternes-Barsac. Currently, the third generation is the one engaged in running the château, which sees historical traditions combined with new and modern agricultural and oenological techniques, so as to arrive at the production of wines of the highest quality, highly appreciated both in de france and in the rest of the world.
