• DISTILLATION: Once harvested, the grapes are placed on trellises to extract the juice and pulp. This very important step is practiced slowly in an ancestral manner, with the help of ancient water piston presses, which respect the pressing of the berries to allow the juices to pass through the skins. The wines produced are carefully distilled through a still, of artisanal manufacture, aged in a copper mass that is indispensable for obtaining refined eaux-de-vie. The double distillation of the wines will yield the prestigious and incomparable spirit that is Cognac.

• COLOR: Intense amber with bronze and ruby highlights.

• PERFUME: The nose surprises with an explosion of aromas ranging from dried and syrupy fruits to toasted fruits, spices and woods to butter, pastry and nuts.
