Col Vetoraz winery Col Vetoraz's Brut Rosa Dodici Lune is a sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in rosé using the charmat method. After aging for twelve moons on its own yeasts, it shows a beautiful antique pink color and fine, persistent per-lage to the eye. The bouquet is elegant and fine, with hints of bread and yeast. Fresh and dry, harmonious and with good persistence, it is excellent to taste as an aperitif, accompanying some appetizers or fish-based first course.
