Exuberant and satisfying, the bouquet is aromatic and reminiscent of small red fruits such as wild strawberries and currants, on the finish exotic and slightly spicy notes.

The tannic texture and exuberant 5 BAR bubble make it perfect with cured meats, cheeses, first courses rich in TASTING NOTES, boiled and grilled meats. Also to be enjoyed with pizza.

Vinification in rosso with cold pressing, immediate passage into autoclave where it slowly begins to ferment enhancing the aromaticity of each grape.
