APPEARANCE:
The ruby color ravishes by its timbre and intensity.

BOUQUET:
The fruit is exuberant with a very pleasant black cherry blending with notes of chocolate and sweet spices.

TASTING NOTES:
Fineness elevates the floral component of the purple rose. Balsamic notes emerge more and more convincingly, with hints of star anise and wild spearmint. Tertiary elements are subtle, suggesting pleasant notes of arabica and gentile tobacco.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 16 and 18°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

At the table it finds its best expression with aged cheeses, long-cooked meats, braised meats and game.

There was a time when the Dal Cero family was Veronese. Today, Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria return to the eastern lands of Veronese, the birthplace of their father Pietro, to whom this bottle is dedicated, to reaffirm their history and savor again the wind of those places.
They do so with a wine that is emblematic of Veronese wine production in the world, Amarone.
