The best bunches of sangiovese, from vineyards located between 300 and 450 meters above sea level, are the basis of this brunello di montalcino DOCG from Cecchi. Fermentation is traditional at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation for 24 months in barriques ( 20% new, 80% second and third passage) and a minimum of 24 months in bottle. The wine of important occasions, with timeless appeal.
