Less overpressure in the bottle (5 final atmospheres), characteristic of the Satèn type, gives elegant creaminess.

APPEARANCE:
Intense straw yellow. Soft, creamy mousse. Good persistence of a faint crown. Fine and continuous perlage.

BOUQUET:
Rich, elegant, variegated. Hints of ripe yellow tropical fruit, which in progression become concentrated and then evolve into notes of candied citrus.

TASTING NOTES:
The palate reveals marked acidity and savoriness, presents great structure, rare drinkability that ends with a long, precise finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 8 and 10°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif it is ideal, with delicate risottos and fish dishes. Try it with prosciutto crudo from Sauris, Parma or San Daniele and cheeses that are not too aged.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
No other Italian sparkling wine can be as smooth and velvety as Satén, in franciacorta. It is, wanting to try to make a comparison, a metodo classico that follows in the footsteps of French crémants. A sparkling wine that therefore in the first phase of fermentation remains for less time in contact with the yeasts and, as a result, is slightly less frizzante and with a more delicate TASTING NOTES than the classico brut. An inimitable Franciacorta that stands out for this being persuasive and satisfying.
