Made from the precious Glera grapes from Valdobbiadene, the heart of Prosecco's land of origin and excellence, this frizzante wine with its typical spago cork legatura is the full expression of the long tradition and oenological culture of its territory of origin.

PRODUCTION:
Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG "Spago" makes itself a contemporary interpreter of a centuries-old tradition of these places: spago legatura. An ancient technique once used by winemakers to prevent bottles of frizzante Prosecco from uncorking during natural fermentation and reproposed on the market by Mionetto in 1961, it is still made by hand by specialized workers.
VINIFICATION:
To obtain subtle and graceful bubbles, after careful white vinification follows sparkling in an autoclave until a pressure of about 2.5 atmospheres is reached.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11% vol
ACIDITY:
5.5 - 6.5 g/l.
SUGARS:
10 - 14 g/l.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 8°-10° C reached with gradual cooling.
