Fine and continuous perlage, golden yellow color with golden reflections is how it appears to us in the glass.

BOUQUET:
The nose is fragrant, with biscuit, bread and fresh fruit notes.

TASTING NOTES:
Silky, creamy carbonicity makes room for acidity that stimulates salivation by bringing back the biscuity and nutty notes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 10 and 12°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

Ideal for aperitifs but also throughout a meal, it is capable of manifesting all the versatility of a metodo classico. Excellent on freshwater fish, throughout the libation, cold white meats and summer salads.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Fragrant, cheerful and lighthearted, our zero-dosage Spumante is made from Turbiana grapes, our native varietal. Grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think about producing a metodo classico. After resting on sui lieviti in the bottle for at least 24 months, the sparkling wine comes to life in expressions of great finesse.
