This is the traditional sweet red dessert wine of Valpolicella.
The ancient red Veronese grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, selected in the hills, rest on bamboo racks in fruit lofts for Appassimento during the winter months. From the concentrated clusters comes a fragrant and fruity wine, round and refined, with an admirable balance of alcohol, sugar and structure.
