A manifesto of the trentodoc tradition, this product made from 100% chardonnay grapes represents Ferrari's historic house label, a perfect synthesis of the balance between the grape and the wonderful terroir that hosts it. An Italian bubble that can compete with many cousins from beyond the Alps, this Brut was first produced in 1902 and, since then, its 'recipe' has remained virtually unchanged! Classico in style and flavor performance, Ferrari is fresh and unmistakable, a definite standard bearer of the trentodoc appellation.
Bright straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage, it reveals a fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apple, white flowers and a delicate fragrance of yeast, given by the more than two years of bottle aging. The mouthfeel is marked by excellent savoriness followed by an aggrumated freshness that nevertheless lets you feel softness and roundness of flavor, toward a finish that tastes of the sea.
