The magic of the terroir of Irpinia lives again in the wines made by Feudi di San Gregorio, which has always been a point of reference for viticulture not only in la Campana, but in all of southern Italy. And so it is truly with joy that one approaches this Fiano Passito DOC "Privilegio", a wine that right from its name makes it clear how one should prepare oneself for a truly unique experience; in fact, it is an exemplary label in presenting a structure where the balance between sweetness, savoriness and acidity draws a sublime and impeccable sip. The grapes are dried for about 8 weeks, then fermented and aged in barriques for 6 to 8 months. A Passito where tradition and innovation mingle in a vortex of unique sensations, truly not to be missed.
